Back in the 1970's my father brought home our first computer.
This computer opened the world of technology to me. I was programming
before I was 12 years old and handling hardware soon thereafter. I
had the benefit of growing up with computers, having been involved with
various technologies I have nearly thirty years experience with Personal
Computers.
In the early 1990's I was an electro-mechanical designer, doing
drafting work for television transmitters, medical ultrasound machines,
and ultrasonic cleaning systems. At each position I held, I
maintained the CAD systems and any related networks. This was the
beginning of my network experience. When my wonderful wife was pregnant with our first child, we decided that the drafting
field was too unstable and I changed careers to focus on technology.
The rest is history.
