Stover Mill Community Association
The Stover Mill Community Association, a non-profit corporation, was established September 21, 1978 to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities within the community and for the maintenance of community facilities.
 

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are elected by the body of the Stover Mill Community Association to act on behalf of the entire community. Each Director on the Board serves a term of 2 years.
 

Architectural Review Committee
Volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors, the Architectural Review Committee periodically inspects the properties within the community and ensures that Architectural Changes comply with Association Guidelines.

By maintaining the appearance of our homes and keeping the features uniform to that of the Guidelines, the values of our investments are maintained and may improve.


Other Committees
Special Committees are volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors for the purpose of researching and coordinating efforts as directed by the Board of Directors.

Community Watch Oversees community safety by communicating security concerns to residents and monitoring activities within the community.
Repaving Project Coordinates and monitors the repaving project in Stover Mill.
Snow Removal Monitors the efforts of the Snow Removal Contractor and also that of the residents of Stover Mill.

The Stover Mill Community Association is made up of Stover Mill residents and owners, facilitated by the elected Board of Directors and appointed Committees.  This web-site helps provide communication with quick and easy access to important information about our community.

If you make any exterior change to your house or property without prior written Board Approval,
you may be required to correct the change to its original condition --- At Your Expense!
