Open Board Meetings (Third Wednesday, 7 PM to 9 PM)
The monthly Board meetings are usually the third Wednesday of each month and are held at the Hartsville Fire Station.  Board meetings contain some confidential discussions and information, therefore the first half of the meeting is closed.  The open portion of the meeting starts at 8 PM; if you arrive early, you may be asked to leave.  Please contact our Property Manager in advance to schedule a Hearing. An open forum is held at the end of the meeting, time permitting.

The Stover Mill Community Association is made up of Stover Mill residents and owners, facilitated by the elected Board of Directors and appointed Committees.  This web-site helps provide communication with quick and easy access to important information about our community.
